Pumpkin Zucchini Chocolate Bread.

Yes. I am fully aware of how awesomely delicious that sounds. And... that hardly any of these pictures are clear :/ sorry, the lighting wasn't that great in my house...
Firstly... You must murder the zucchini.
No, you don't have to do that first... But it is easier to just shove it in there when you need to :P

Secondly... You must melt your butter until it screams. Just kidding. Just melt it :P
Then, beat 4 eggs

Grab your can of pumpkin....

And shove it in your mixing bowl. (you can use a whisk and and a normal, big bowl if you don't have a kitchen aid)
Mix... Mix... Mix...

Then, add you vanilla.

And pumpkin pie spices

Mix... Mix... Mix...

Add milk....
and the mix some more.

Then get your flour... and pumpkin pie spices in a different bowl, and gradually mix it.

Fold in zucchini shreds and Chocolate chips...

Put into 2 greased bread pans...
and bake.

Now, I am giving you all the recipe calculations cause I'm nice :P

Pumpkin Zucchini Chocolate Bread {Makes 2 loaves}

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

4 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups white sugar

5 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking soda

1TBS ground Cinnamon

NanoWrimo

Yes. Another post on NanoWrimo :P 'm really excited for it!! Countdown: 5 days, 2 hours, 28 minutes and counting!!!! The word wars, the writing, the creativity... ahh i love it :) So is any one else doing it? Maybe I can get Word Wars together where we can chat, and write and just have fun! :D

What is a word war? Ahhh you have come to the right place, my friends. Word Wars: The aptitude to compose more words in the era of one hour then anyone else in the conflict.

Did you understand that? Yeah me neither. I used a thesaurus. A better way to understand: The ability to write more more words then anyone else in the word war in the time of one hour.

So, who's with me? :) Shall we write ourselves into a war?

Day 26: A Photo with Something Blue

i think i may be obbsessed....

With photos like this one:
 And this one:
And with the maple tree i my front yard around dusk.
Thats all for now, folks :)

Day 25

A Photo you took a year ago.
This is Daisy, fabulously sporting the gloves I designed (you can get the pattern here. You can also see the rest of the patterns I designed here. When I look at stuff and nothing seem "appetizing" to my knitting/crocheting taste, I designs something that is :P) This photo was actually blurry, but my mom edited it for me, and it turned out looking like this!

This piano is 150 years old, and was brought to Oregon by a horse-drawn carriage in the late 1800s by my great-great-grandfather :)

This picture is... Surprisingly un-edited!!! The only editing i did on it is my watermark! :D
