Mustard Bacon Chicken

Mmmmm.... It's good!



Here's how you make it:

A bag of frozen chicken (boiled or broiled, just as long as its cooked)
10 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped up
10 Mushrooms (cut in slices)
1 onion, chopped
2 cups of Spinach
2 cups of Arugula
1/4 of white wine
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of Dijon or Stone-ground mustard
1/4 cup milk (i used whole milk)

To put it together:

Cut the mushrooms and onions and put it a greased pan. Cook for 3 minutes (will not be cooked all the way through). Add the spinach and arugula to it. Add the wine, diced chicken, and bacon into the veggies.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mustard, sour cream, and milk. (this also makes a good salad dressing FYI) Add the mixture into the pot and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy :D
